our trip to venice beach [though there are no pictures of venice beach]

skeletal shirt; hanes (chi cut up). bathing suit top; nasty gal. skirt; brandy. socks; cut up vintage tights. boots; docs. bag; my mama's vintage.

skeleton shirt was inspired by a rodarte collection that i was looking at the other day. me and gaia are currently working for them for our summer internship. its really chill, the sisters are brilliant. they use grim/ horror images as their muse for their clothing (for the most part).

[the inspiration]

how to:
i cut up the tee by cutting off the sleeves then folding the shirt in half and then folding one half of the shirt into another half. once i did that i cut up that half-of-a-half from top to bottom while being mindful of keeping a section of the middle of the shirt and the side of the shirt uncut. when done, repeat on other side. [i may not have articulated the directions well enough, but if you just look at the shirt you could probably figure it out]

hewoooo!

vest; thrift. bathing suit top; h&m. shorts; urban outfitters. socks; jordans. shoes; converse. cross; ebay. bag; her mama's vintage.

super chell

we had a goddess circle:

this is my wonderful friend michelle who designs jewelry and she is currently wearing one of her newest pieces. so much talent and beauty.
this delicacy consists of cookie dough, oreos, brownies, and once fully baked we added MARSHMELLOWS. too dank.
necklace; vintage. dress; black pyramid.

when i bought this dress, it came in a little larger than i expected. so i chopped it up a bit and safety pinned both sleeves up, which gives it a nice extra touch.
chichi was dying to wear gypsy pants to our goddess circle, so she took her american apparel maxi skirt and pinned the middle of it and TADAAAAA we got some princess jasmine trousers.

Peace and Love,
GI
